A single-segment LON lengthening with Prof. Mirzoyan costs from $[X], all-inclusive. A classical Ilizarov or LATN lengthening starts from $[X], and a staged femur-and-tibia plan from $[X] for both stages. The figures are the package price for the medical side of your stay; accommodation, flights and meals are separate and are listed below so that you can build a complete budget.

What is not included
- Flights.
- Accommodation: a recovery apartment from $[X] a month, a partner hotel by the night, or a serviced residence. See your stay in Yerevan.
- Meals and daily living costs, which are modest in Yerevan.
- Travel medical insurance, which we ask every patient to carry.
- The optional nail-removal procedure after consolidation, quoted separately when you decide you want it.
- Treatment of any condition unrelated to the lengthening.
What changes the price
- The method: a fully internal magnetic nail costs considerably more than LON because of the implant.
- The segment and the amount: a staged femur-and-tibia plan is two surgeries.
- Extra nights in hospital, if the surgeon asks for them.
- A longer stay in Yerevan, which adds physiotherapy weeks and accommodation.
- Revisions outside the written policy.
Nothing else changes it. The quote you receive after the surgeon’s assessment is the price, in writing, and it does not move once you have accepted it.

Paying
A deposit is paid only after the surgeon’s video consultation and the written treatment plan. The balance is paid on arrival in Yerevan, before surgery, by bank transfer or international card. If the surgeon declines you at the face-to-face consultation, the deposit is refunded in full. The full cancellation ladder is in our terms.
Questions about cost
Will my insurance pay?
Cosmetic lengthening is not covered by health insurance in any of our launch markets. Lengthening for a limb-length discrepancy sometimes is; ask your insurer and we will provide the documents.
Do you offer financing?
Not directly. Some patients use a personal loan or a medical-financing provider in their own country; the written quote supports those applications.
Is there a hidden commission?
No. The package price includes our coordination fee; there is no separate agency charge and no referral fee on top.
What if lengthening is stopped early?
If the surgeon stops distraction early for medical reasons, the package price does not change; the frame-removal procedure and your care are included as planned.
