Medical images you send are collected through a secure channel your coordinator explains.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to you, to arrange a consultation with the treating surgeon, and to coordinate your travel and stay, on the basis of the consent you give in the form and, once you proceed, the contract between us. Marketing emails are sent only with your separate, explicit consent and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it

Your coordinator, the treating surgeon and the hospital for the purpose of your treatment, and the service providers that host this website and our email. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed: 90 days, after which medical images are deleted and contact details are deleted unless you asked to stay in touch. Patients who proceed: for the duration of treatment and follow-up, and thereafter as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to [privacy email]. Patients in the United Kingdom and the European Union have these rights under the GDPR; patients in China, Japan and South Korea have corresponding rights under the PIPL, the APPI and the PIPA, and we honour them in the same way.
