2. What we do

We coordinate communication with the treating surgeon and hospital, arrange consultations, travel, accommodation and interpretation, and support you during your stay and follow-up. We do not provide medical services and we do not give medical advice.

3. What the surgeon and hospital do

All medical decisions, procedures, aftercare and medical outcomes are the responsibility of the independent licensed surgeon and the licensed hospital, under the separate informed-consent agreement you sign with them.

4. Information on this website

Information on this website is educational and is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified surgeon. Individual results vary. No outcome is guaranteed.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars as all-inclusive packages whose contents are listed on the cost page and in your written quote. A deposit is payable after the written treatment plan; the balance is payable on arrival, before surgery.

6. Cancellation and refunds

As set out on the patient protection page and in your written quote.

7. Your responsibilities

To give complete and accurate medical information, to follow the surgeon’s instructions, to carry travel medical insurance, and to hold a passport valid for your stay.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the facilitation services we provide and to the fees paid to us for them, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Yerevan unless the parties agree to mediation.
