Patient Protection: Our Written Policies

Draft for legal review. The final wording is confirmed with the surgeon, the hospital and our lawyer before publication, and the full policy is sent to every patient with the treatment plan, before any payment.

Revision and complication policy

• Complications are managed by the same surgeon in the same hospital.
• Revision procedures that the surgeon judges medically necessary within [12] months of surgery are covered by the surgical fee: [scope to be confirmed].
• Hospital costs of treating a complication are covered as follows: [to be confirmed; travel medical insurance is required and its role is described here].
• Travel, accommodation and lost income are not covered.

Refunds and cancellation

• If the surgeon declines you at the face-to-face consultation, the deposit is refunded in full.
• If you cancel more than [30] days before the surgery date, the deposit is refunded less [X]% administrative costs.
• If you cancel within [30] days, the deposit is retained; the balance is not charged.
• If distraction is stopped early for medical reasons, the package price does not change.

Your data

Your details are seen only by your coordinator and the treating surgeon. Medical records are shared with the surgeon for the purpose of the consultation and treatment, stored securely, and deleted after 90 days if you do not proceed. See the privacy policy.

Results and testimonials

Before-and-after images and stories are shared only with written consent, unedited, with dates and the amount lengthened. We do not use stock imagery as patients and we do not pay for testimonials.

Complaints

Write to [complaints email]. You receive an acknowledgement within two working days and a written response within [14] days. Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, as set out in our terms.
